Your program earns $6 for every fundraising bag sold through its designated fundraiser. For example, 100 bags generate $600. These are examples based on bag sales, not guaranteed fundraising results.

Who can apply to become a partner?

Teams, clubs, school programs, and community organizations can contact First XI about a coffee fundraiser. Submit your program details through the fundraising signup form so we can discuss a partnership that fits your goals.

Who handles orders and fulfillment?

Customers place their orders online, and First XI handles branding, roasting, and fulfillment. Your program focuses on sharing the fundraiser with supporters.

How do supporters choose the right program?

Open your partner's card above and use the collection or fundraising link provided. If a partner has individual team links, choose the correct team before ordering. If you're unsure, contact First XI before checkout.

Can we use our own logo and coffee names?

Yes. Have your program's logo and three roast names ready for light, medium, and dark coffee. First XI will coordinate the branding as part of setting up your fundraiser.

What about fees, minimums, timing, and payouts?

Contact First XI to confirm any setup fees or minimums, launch timing, shipping arrangements, sales tracking, and payout schedule before your fundraiser begins. Those details are agreed during setup.
